This Ordinance introduces into the Colony the principal provisions of the Denperial Money- linders Act 1900. The chilf difference Section 6(d) which allows companies, associations and partnerships to apply for exemptions from Registration. Der Faction (e) of The Demporill Act the power of the Board of Trade to exempt extends only to bodies corporate.
